This was a Thanksgiving week vacation, Sunday to Sunday, with a family of Ten sailing out of Baltimore. The ship was very nice and embarkation/disembarkation was a snap. We were on the Riviera deck, which I prefer because of seasickness. We were in stateroom 1129. Our steward was Jun who was very attentive. The one complaint about the stateroom was not the room itself but the location. We were directly below the Piazza Lounge which we heard all kinds of movement and noises from the deck above. Dining was great and our waitstaff Feliz and Alex were terrific. My only regret was timing of the cruise. If I ever book a cruise out of Baltimore again, I will do so in the Spring/Summer. The first two days we never ventured out side. It was so cold and blustery we didn't get to the pool until Wednesday when we docked at Port Canaveral. Finally, Thursday we had our first excursion in Nassau was a day at the beach. The surf was cooler that what I had expected, though tolerable., Then Friday we swam with the dolphins, and what an experience that was. It was pricey, about $200 per person for about a half hour., so I'll probably never do that again. We were going to by the Cheers program but decided not to in the end. Good thing to because our bar bill for 8 days was around $500.00. If I would have opted for the Cheers program it would cost us closer to 800.00 for the week. Roughly $50 per person per day. And any adult in your cabin must purchase it
