This trip was planned with my church family. I didn't have to fly first, I went right to Port of Baltimore. That was excellent. This was my first cruise and now I want to go again!!! I enjoyed not having to cook, think about work, enjoyed meeting new people. My cabin space was nice and comfortable. Just had a snoring roommate. Other than that, the people that serviced the room, waiters, all the staff were so nice and made me feel some kind of special. Embarking and Disembarkation went rather well. The food was good, variety and delicious . I loved it!!! No complaints. There were a couple of unhappy events that occurred but I must say, the staff did everything in a very professional way. My complaints: I was disappointed that there was no stop for Free-port Bahamas as originally planed. I was very disappointed that I had been informed that there was $40 owed to me that I never received, when I reviewed my print out of my account it was very clear that I had a $110 credit. My roommate also had a credit of $96. the next day it was gone, We both went to guest services and spoke with 2 different people one of which was Victor who was not able to clearly explain the reason for the credit being removed from both our accounts. I am confused by this because the explanation didn't add up and no one has made an effort to explain what happened to me or my roommate;s credit. My roommate was also informed it was $40 owed to her as well. My worse criticism would be I would prefer to book my own cruise and that is my plan for the next cruise I take. I tried not to let this put a damper on my vacation but it irritated me greatly.

Cabin Review

Cabin Obstructed balcony view

I had an obstructed view and that was okay for me. My cabin was nice and spacious to be on a ship. I
