We chose this cruise mas my wife is a California girl who has never been to the East coast or the Caribbean. We spent a week in New England and then got on the ship in Boston. The food was absolutely terrible. The specialty restaurants especially Chops were good. The food on the cruise was so poor that you were forced to the specialty restaurants and it appeared that my have been the plan. The staff, workers, were good but the managers, officers were poor and not responsive. There was a gyro pool table but the bridge stick was broken. a simple fix, a little glue. I spoke to three officers about it including the hotel manager and it was never repaired. I brought it to the attention of a worker and he said I'll bring it down stairs and get it fixed. He did! The hotel manager's appearance was terrible. Tell to get a uniform the fits and clean and press it! We will NEVER sail on Royal Caribbean again!
