We arrived at the port and got on the ship we went to the lido deck for lunch food was so-so if you like cafeteria food we went to our cabin we never met our room steward never introduced himself dinner in the dining room was good the first night and after that the food went completely down hill we had gone to the lido deck to eat and was told hurry up we are getting ready for the chocolate thing so we put our plates down and left we were standing in line to eat and here comes someone with a mop moping right in front of us and around food the entertainment didn't start until the very end of the cruise the welcome aboard show was a joke comedians were terrible I wanted to swim in the hot tub but couldn't it was loaded with kids there were no officers or security officals to enforce the rules save your money dont book carnival look for another cruise line the tables in the lido deck were filthy not cleaned properly and the guys burgers were swimming in grease and very hard and the fries were incredibly salty no sugar free desserts anywhere all in all this cruise was a disappointment from start to finish never met the cruise director and was never informed about anything happening on the ship no announcements made until it was time to get off the ship again SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We arrived at the port got on the ship took our bags to the cabin and then went for lunch lunch was ok we had the wok I always enjoy it after lunch I unpacked and kept waiting to meet the room steward which I never did meet that evening we went to dinner I had the tiger shrimp that was good we then went to the welcome aboard show it was terrible the comedians were awful I was hoping this cruise would get better but went downhill from then on we were told that we would be docking overnight in the Bahamas as someone who has been there several times did not want to get of the ship there was no entertainment for anyone who wanted to stay on the ship the entertainment didn't start until the last 2 days of the cruise it was ok but nothing to write home about we had eaten breakfast and lunch on the lido deck for a few days so I wanted to eat breakfast in the dining room one morning so we did there was not enough food for my husband so we decided to go to the lido deck to get something else to eat they were getting ready for that chocolate thing we were in line and some worker told us to get out of the way the food was closed so the plate went down and off we walked I tried guy's burgers as everyone said they were good so I tried, the burger was swimming in grease and the fries were extremely salty so no lunch for me that day the food in the dining room was good the first day and then after that it was awful there were no sugar free desserts for me no tablecloths and no one putting napkins in your lap I thought the service was not as good all the niceities are gone there was no entertainment during the day as well I wanted to use the hot tub but I couldn't too many kids in it no officers or security around to enforce rules the cleanliness was awful lido deck tables always dirty never cleaned properly always looking for a clean table I would clean our table myself no announcements were ever made until it was time to get off the ship I called Carnival to complain and was basically told were sorry you had a bad cruise but to bad so sad I couldn't believe I was in a food line and here come people moping the floor around food, I will never travel Carnival again I was not the only person complaining about this cruise SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
