This cruise was HORRIBLE. Friday we get an email saying no stop over in Mazatlán. We purchased a cruise for 7day, 3 port adventure. We only stopped in 1 port and was held over night due to maintaince that needed to be done. Of course on our time. which should have been done when no passengers were on board. Carpeting being done in the stairways, dangerous to all. SMELL was aweful through out , I guess due to plumbing. They knew this before we left California, unreal. We were taking friends for their first cruise. They upgraded their cabin, toilet stopped working for 3 days, They paid a lot of money to upgrade! Captain anounces that we will not be stopping in next port. Due to maintance issues taking so long. People were very upset, we even signed a petition! Totally unacceptable on NCL, we want a refund!!! Food was cold and flavorless, $5.00 for a bottle of water? REALLY???? Chinese resturant was food out of a box. NASTY! Only good food was the BBQ in the pool area, but couldn't find a seat. Service was sad, bartender in Java bar told me to go get a Pina Colada at another bar, he was out. We had to go to the bar to get drinks. Small wait staff? Entertainment, comedian was good. Otherwise same thing every night. Couldn't go on a shore excursion, couldn't get to shore. Never again! We were celebrating our 32 anniversary,

Wet carpet, smelly bedding and pillows, air conditioning not working.Slept on towels. Fit for no one.
Deck 11 Inside Cabins, Suite Cabins
