Having experienced many other cruise lines in the past (Celebrity, RCI, Norwegian, Princess, Azamara), a good offer came up and we jumped at the chance of trying Regent, never having thought we would be able to afford or justify the prices normally asked.

In general, it was a fantastic cruise that lived up to expectations, but like all things, it wasn't 100% perfect and I shall list the good and slightly less good below ...
