Oh where do I start. First of all when I book the cruise they lied to me that ship came out in 2013. I later researched it it was built in 1997 I think refurbished in 2013 and name changed so basically it's a grandma in its fleet. Than when we board the ship there's only 2 people for guest service come on there's thousands of people boarding. I went to my stateroom call guest service they put me on hold I spent 45 minutes than hang up came downstairs and line was 2 hours long because we have 2 people at guest service and 10 bartenders right across doing nothing yet what a joke. It took 8 hours to get luggage come on you can't enjoy anything yet. Dinning sucks who came up with that idea you go 5 floor we waited 30 minutes just to get pager than we waited another 45 minutes on pager than you go to the 3 floor to eat all together it took 3 hours come on. We got apology for long wait and Amith gave us 2 free drinks great. Overall food was the same every night and not to mention half menu you have to pay extra even coffe 2.95 come on never seen this with other cruise lines. Fridge in the stateroom was not cooling at all multiple complaints to the desk with nothing but empty promises and never got fixed or even attempted to be fix. Shower drain would drain slowly you have to stand in the puddle of water or shut the water for few minutes so it doesn't overflow. We book serenity deck so we could enjoy serenity pool bar and jacuzzi but we couldn't because other people from the rest of the ship is there enjoying our decks for a lower fair and we pay top dollar have to sacrifice on the lower decks come on what a joke. Time in each port was so short you could barely do one excursion but they weren't fun ether. Vivo club in Puerto Rico was a joke it seems like construction project that left unfinished. Bartender ask me any drink you want I order sex on the beach he couldn't do it because he didn't have peach schnapps to make it come on if you can't make a drink and that's your main business than just close and go home. What a waiste of time and money. St Thomas great time and snorkeling. Grand Turk private family beach and water toys great too. Getting to and from the ship in each port sucks they line up everybody in 1 line it takes forever. Come on you have more than one gangway open them all let people in and out quick specially when we spent so little time in each port. Otherwise nothing else to do on the ship. Unless you like bingo and comedy club. Comedy club a joke nothing but profanity and sex talk used in 10 minutes you want to throw up like there's nothing else to talk about. Water park was ok. Not everything was open all the times so you have to sacrifice. One day my silverware was wrapped in the dirty napkin. Drink stations were empty 1 out of 4 was working. All areas were filthy. Nothing after 10 or 11 pm to do. You guys represent fun and service and you failed on all of them. We feel like we needed vacation from this vacation. No good memories only bills. Thank you carnival for "wonderfull" vacation. Shame on you. We don't even want to go again on your cruise even if you offer for free. Now that's saying a lot about services and "fun" you offer. And that's just portion of the story I wrote. Well give our business to other cruises who is going to treat us a little better than you do and want us to come back again. Sad very sad.
