We always loved sailing on Princess and chose this trip for our Renewal of Vows on our 40th anniversary. The Baltic Cruise included many places we had never been before. The cruise was fantastic. Our ROV ceremony was so beautifully done by the Captain and staff, complete with flowers and champagne. We were in a mini-suite which was just right size for a longer cruise. All of the ports were beautiful and while the weather was a bit rainy and chilly at times, we didn't mind at all. Our only complaint was that two of the buses the excursion people used in different ports were not air conditioned and we were stuck in traffic on very hot days with no relief. It was extremely uncomfortable! Fortunately it didn't happen on all of them. Sabatini's was excellent with great service and food. We also did the Chef's Table, which is worth every penny. It is the ultimate in dining experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was an experience we will not forget! All in all it lived up to our expectations of Princess, but I felt that the main dining experience was not at all what we were used to. We have always enjoyed the main dining room food on Princess, but this trip we were not as excited about the rather bland offerings. Fortunately, the speciality restaurants made up for it. It may just be this particular cruise as the Alaskan and Caribbean cruises were much better.
Great room with lots of storage space. The bathroom a little tight, but the water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. Only complain was the usual, the balcony was really, really small. Hard to move around if you were trying to sit out there. Fortunately, we were pretty busy and the weather wasn't always very warm so we didn't use it much.
