New ship with places we wanted to visit. We felt the ship lacked a focal point it had two atriums and was lacking atmosphere. The boarding process was quick and the cabins were a good size with plenty of storage and a sofa bed. I feel the crew need more training as they were not very friendly. The breakfast queue for eggs could be very long and both areas for the buffet were different we found that if we went nearer the end of the ship we had a better selection of food. The choice of bread is non existant only toast for breakfast which they then piled on a plate making it soggy. We were allocated the Horozon restaurant in the evenings but first having to book it on the 5th deck then going to the 4th deck for the restaurant The food was the same nearly evry night.

We just felt there was absolutely no atmosphere on this ship the theatre had too many pillars in blocking your view not very well thought out,the animation team were very good but the singing was a bit shouty other entertainment was awful. This ship is geared for the younger generation and the Americans all the quizzes were around Americsn culture if they want a European market they need to change a few things.Didnot go on any trips as prefer to do our own thing and they were expensive.
