I took this cruise with 13 other of my family members. I am very happy to have a great family because they were the only good part of the entire cruise while on the ship.
To start the lines for food were terrible, long lines wrapped around the food stations every time I was there.
The walls are so thin, that I was woken up at 1:00am in the moring on more than 1 night by noisy neighbors. When I called and complained it only got slightly better.
I had an adjoining cabin that creeped me out, there is no way I would have ever agreed to an adjoining cabin with someone I don't know, they didn't even bother putting all of my family's cabins together or even put us on the same floor. I really don't think that was too much to ask.
I wasn't even allowed to board with my family when it was time to get on the ship.
On top of that the ship was delayed leaving due to some kind of paperwork problem that Carnival forgot to take care of.
The internet service that I paid for was absolutely terrible. It was so slow that it is just better to give up than to wait the 5 minutes it took a page to load.
Even worst, on a typical cruise you don't have to pay tax, oh well, not this time, there was a tax of 21%.
There is absolutely no way I would ever get on this boat again. I think I will start encouraging my whole family to look at other cruise lines after the poor quality of this cruise.
If you think about going to the spa, don't bother, they will just try to push hundreds of dollars of products on you after the visit. I have never felt so harassed for money in my whole life.
Cabin was a lot smaller than the other ships that Carnival has
Port was dirty and not the best city to visit. They should have picked another city, Italy has plenty of them.
