The SS Catherine is the most beautiful ship ever! Very new and food is incredible, as were the tours and guides. Very small and unique. We never stood in a line for anything EVER! Worth every penny-can't want to do another.....The only criticism would be that we felt too rushed at dinner in the dining room. We wanted to relax and take our time ordering but they were there immediately to take our order, A few of the servers were a bit curt and not as friendly as t hey should be. The wines they served were fabulous and all included in the price.

Our guides were very charming and fun people who made our tours really fun, not just factual. The entertainment was good, but probably could be a bit better. One of our outings was too long on the bus for what we got out of the excursion. In retrospect, we would skip that one. There should be some tables for two set in case you just want an evening along with your spouse. They say this is an option in their open seating policy, but it really isn't. The tables for two are set about two inches from the next table.
