Myself, wife and daughters went on the Silhouette last month. They had all been on a cruise before but for me it was the first time.

Generally I have to say that it was everything I thought it would be, in a positive way. ALL the staff were excellent (with one exception) and could not do enough for the passengers. Both of our cabins (next door to each other) were fabulous.

FOOD: An excellent standard for every meal. We ate every evening in the main restaurant at approx 8.15 at a table for four. Having previously paid for gratuities (an American obsession!) we did not have to stick to one of the two sittings. Read more
