We have never cruised before and thought it would be a great way to unplug an relax. I did a lot of research an found this to be the best option for us, not to big of a ship not to long in case we didn't like it an out of a port close to us.

We stayed at the hotel Gálvez the night before, absolutely wonderful and the valet kept our vehicle for the entire cruise length for 18 dollars total including a free shuttle to and from port.

We were in the captains cabin, my understanding is it is the best suite on the ship and only two available- with this cabin we got Vip boarding and departing on the last day. So thankful for that, it looked an utter mess for others. The cabin was nice and roomy , the balcony view is beautiful. We started off with immediate problems, they were painting on the front of the ship as we got on an used our cabin as the access , they got paint that was not visible on the balcony which then got on my shirt. I notified our steward to find out he had no real clue about anything so I had to go to guest services not one person apologized . They laundered my clothes an the paint did not come off- their answer- oh well, we comped the cleaning. So we started the cruise with my ruined fifty dollar shirt ...and from there it really didn't improve much.
