Preparation, all the paperwork, was a lot to take care of. Hopefully, it will get easier. We bought a Fun Pass which was a good idea. Unfortunately, for our 2nd cruise there are non available. Our luggage came early and the cabin was ready by noon. Had lunch and a wonderful first cocktail. All that followed weren't as good, but expensive. The cabin was in a disappointing shape. Everything looked rather worn, especially the towels, linen, robes, and it wasn't really clean. There was lots of dirt around the mirror, walls, etc. The window was so dirty that we couldn't see anything. That was so disappointing and we were really upset about that. So for the 2nd cruise, we booked an inside cabin to save some money. there were no movies available on tv, nothing to rent, just shows that we weren't interested in. Ship info over the tv was very welcome, though.

The Taste Bar is a joke, unfortunately, we were so looking forward to it. We had breakfast in the room and it was absolutely wonderful. Also, we ordered ice many times which was delivered quickly.

The safety demo was very long and very hot. Also quite stressful for heavier or disabled guests since staircase walking, long standing, etc. was required. The staff was professional and probably disliked it as much as us, but it's necessary.

old, worn, dirty. couldn't see a thing through the dirty window. towels and linen were extremely worn and just something you wouldn't want to put on your body. didn't want to touch anything. take lots of disinfecting wipes. quite upsetting!
