Embarkation was a nightmare. My daughter and husband names were mixed up so he was Miss and she was Mr - they needed to leave us waiting for around 20 minute to make the changes. The marquee was chaotic and hot. The check-in desks too close together.

The walk on to the ship didn't WOW! me like it did with our last cruise (RC Liberty of the Seas). But I was impressed with the cleanliness and courteous staff.

We were told the only food at that time was the burger bar - we were all starving - burgers were fab! But nothing other than burgers or hotdogs there and not enough seats/tables. We then found out the buffet was in fact open!
