We specifically asked for confirmation that our flight was 'direct' to Copenhagen, however this was later changed to 'via Frankfurt', which meant setting off at 2am to travel through the night. On arrival at Manchester Airport we were told that whilst my wife and all luggage were allocated for the flight from Frankfurt to Copenhagen, I didn't have a seat as they had overbooked the flight!! We were told to explain this at the gate at Frankfurt, so literally as the flight was loading we managed to impress our situation (as the next flight would not get us there before the Cruise ship sailed!!). Fortunately we managed to prise another flight ticket for me, scary!!!!! My seat was at the back and my wife's in the middle of the plane, with 3 empty seats by the side of her (?????).

Whilst on NCL's 'travel organisation', on the final (disembarkation) day we were told "everyone must be off the ship (in our case-last party) by 0930, our flight was 1745 !

They were less than sympathetic and told us the only way round this was to book one of their (overpriced) tours for the day!
