This was a first for us with Celebrity and a trans-atlantic. We sailed the Celebrity Reflection. Our balcony cabin was adequate. Great layout in the bathroom.

We have sailed RCL and well as Princess, Carnival and Regent. I expected a high level of service. But was very disappointed. Our room attendant was great. But as for our waiter and other staff in the dining room. Worst I've ever had. As for as the food, it was just mediocre. Beef dishes always overdone. Despite asking for rare. The buffet had plenty of variety, but again the food was just so-so. We did like the pizza and burgers. We bought the drink package. And other than in the dining room and maybe 3-4 times, we ALWAYS had to go get our own drink. The ports were great. But, I'll most like not choose Celebrity in the future.
