Unfortunately, escaping the cold doesn't mean escaping to paradise.
We arrived in Fort Lauderdale the night before and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and Suites. Good price, close proximity to the port.
Arrived at the port around 11:30, and was on the ship by 11:45. No problem 'mon.
