Eighth Carnival cruise and first on Sunshine. The ship looks to be in very good shape and crew was friendly, providing extremely attentive service. First cruise I felt crowded on. Traversing the ship will lead to many "excuse me's" and "I'm sorry's" as you weave and dodge the narrow passages through the casino, Lido deck and dining room.

Room steward and company were like mice, very good mice. Only saw them a couple times during the cruise but they kept the room continuously spotless. I can't give them enough praise. Had an inside cabin, which I prefer, and was glad I was traveling alone as there is not a lot of room with a king bed in there. No refrigerator or mini-bar, I missed that from other cruises.

Was inclined to use the hot tub a couple times but the ones by the Lido pool were full of unattended children and the ones on the Serenity deck were over crowded. Tested the water and it wasn't all that hot anyway, it never seems to be on any of the ships, that can't be healthy.
