We've been on several RCCL and this has been my least favorite. The entertainment was horrible, except dor the Michael Jackson Thriller show done by cruisers. I wasn't impressed with the cruise director and thought Magic Marvin should have been the cruise director as he was all over the place and so pleasant to talk to. Our waiter and assistants waiter were top notch and went above what was expected. The smell in the casino was horrendeous and even my husband who smokes didn't want to go in there. Very disappointed with the Spa as they offered a gentlemens treatment and made a reservation for my husband, they didn't do all that was offered, he was given a shave that was so bad he had to come back to the room to fix it. We complained to the spa manager who told us she would check on it and get back to us which she never did. I wasn't impressed with the food in the Windjammer at lunch not much of a choice and ended up eating salad or plain pasta.

It would not be my choice to go on this ship again as I've gone on better ships with RCCL
