First and foremost, our family are Disney Cruise line loyalists! Still kicking myself for going on this cruise but it was only for 2 days and was cheap.Getting onboard took 3 hrs...this is just unheard of....Asked multiple staff what the problem was and each person stated something totally different (got to port late, problems with the ships computer systems, escalator broke down in port, ship working off of 1 out of 3 propellers, etc)

Later we found out that Freedom of the Seas was going to dry dock right after this cruise for mechanical problems and a renovation. This probably explains why the staff seemed to be going thru the motions for just 2 days. They seemed so checked out mentally and it showed in the service and on their faces.

Food was a joke and that's putting it nicely. Pretty sad when you go on a cruise and the food highlight is eating a tasty burger at Johnny Rockets! Another thing is that RC nickel and dimes you for everything on the ship.....soda packages for $40 pp per day...who drinks that much soda? Plus, ice cream, Starbucks, cupcakes are all extra....ridiculous

Cabin D2

Dont stay on Deck 2, its close to the sewage treatment area of the ship and the halls smell like crap!
