Just returned from a quick trip on Brilliance of the Seas. I am still trying to understand what has happened to Royal Caribbean.

The first problem we encountered involved a glitch on their web-site...A word to the wise triple check that all of the numbers match on you set sail pass and baggage tags...Our did not, lost luggage for several hours all because of a print error from the site.

Stateroom amenities : none. No pens, paper, lotion, shampoo, laundry bags etc. You must ask for everything...Totally unacceptable.
