We left Tampa and we had no problem getting on the ship. Great planning on the part of RCCL as to people waiting to get on board.
But.........our cabin, which was 8526 was shabby, the curtains were filthy, the drapes were discolored, the refrigerator was broken, the love seat was all worn on the arms and the pillows had to be put in the hallway as they smelled of dirty, greasy head and that made the entire cabin really smell awful. I don't know why the steward didn't see these things, but it made our trip a little less than lovely, to say the least.
We were told that there was no more 'Early Debarkation' even for Diamond members and we had to wait like everyone else. We were told this in a less than pleasant manner. I wrote a formal note to RCCL and the Crown & Anchor Society, but haven't heard back yet and it is now a month later. Oh well, guess they don't care.
Cabin was shabby, curtains were filthy, drapes also dirty, loveseat shabby, broken refrigerator. Not happy with cabin at all.
