Always enjoy being on NCL. The cruise was advertised as Fall Foliage but Mother Nature didn't co-operate and, due to US Gov't probs, National Parks closed. First time for us to cruise Northeast and really enjoyed the scenery. Chose to pick up walking tours and local tours rather than NCL excursions. View of Statue of Liberty as we were leaving/entering harbor can't be beat. Wish we had allowed more time for tour of NYC.

Embarkation was lengthy process. Disembarkation was smooth and well organized. No complaints about service. Dining room service friendly, prompt. Food very good, not great. Typical NCL menus. We did not try any specialty restaurants as disappointed on past cruises. Buffet had bad habit of closing right as everyone was returning from shore excursions. Room steward friendly and always available. As always found NCL cruise directors (and staff) and entertainment on board superb. Good enough reason to stay with NCL for us.
