Where do I begin? The cruise was absolutely fantastic. Whoever faults this cruise needs there heads checking. The ship itself is beautiful, In fabulous condition. We chose a last minute cheap offer 12nights around Canaries on Ventura....beautiful ship, good size inside cabin which was very clean and service from cabin steward top rate.
Excellent entertainment every night and freedom dining the best ever, but ding experience met our expectations especially Sindu.

We chose this due price and itinerary as we got a deal. We were very reticent about booking on P&O again after a previous trip on Britannia which was awful and we did not like the ship at all, other than the cabin. OK, I admit, we didn't have very high expectations of the cruise but it turned out to be an amazing holiday.
That's mainly because the Norwegian fjords are breathtaking.

I'd never fancied a cruise - this was a friend's choice for a "girly weekend away" for us 2 older ladies. I expected to hate every minute - but actually really enjoyed it.

Wanted to cruise and wanted to see Norway, what a super experience for my first Cruise.
Ventura is a well appointed, spotlessly clean. Staff lovely, nothing too much trouble.
Food in Bay Tree Restaurant exceptional, waiters lovely, service excellent. Plenty of choice, can honestly say enjoyed everything I ate.

We thought it was very good value for a 28 night cruise. We had an inside cabin, it was perfectly ok. Very powerful shower, plenty of clothes storage and very comfortable queen size bed. Our cabin steward Jofran was a really nice guy, worked hard and made our cabin up at least twice a day.
