First MSC cruise but not the last

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Opera

We chose this cruise as it sailed from Havana and we disembarked in our home province of Alicante so we got to see Havana and the Caribbean with no jet lag! The cabin (inside fantastica) was spacious and airy due to the clever use of mirrors. Plenty of wardrobe space and room to move around. The entertainment team were great. Not to everyone’s taste I get that but the ship was big enough to ...

We sailed the Divina and found everything fantastic so we sailed the Armonia and found it the same. The food is superior, the entertainment is very good and the overall experience of MSC is wonderful. We have booked the Meraviglia from NYC on October 28th and expect to have a great cruise, even though we have seen all ports before, we did it for the wonderful MSC experience. We like the ...

What an amazing wonderful experience. We did the Caribbean cruise. This was our first ever cruise. We chose MSC as We were attracted to the destinations that other cruise company’s didn’t do. I read the reviews and was a little nervous but there was no need. It was a wonderful experience, staying in a five star hotel that took us to amazing places. Staff were wonderful, and ok you might have to ...

I choose to book our cruise with MSC for the following reasons... Cuba, Itinerary, price, duration. We took a 2 week cruise on the Armonia visiting Havana, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Roatan Island and Grand Cayman. Our package included inside state room all inclusive. We flew from Gatwick to Havana with Air Europa with a change at Madrid. Transfer from Madrid was super quick and without hassle. ...

We chose this cruise mainly because of the cruise destinations namely Cuba, Mexico and Caribbean. I'm so pleased we took very little notice of some of the negative reviews we read before we booked. Our experience couldn't have been bettered. The main reason for this was the quality, friendliness and professionalism of the staff - they were great. Nothing was too much trouble and everything ...

We chose this MSC cruise for the destinations, Cuba (3 days) Jamaica, Belize, Mexico, Cayman, Honduras. Before travelling to Havana we had read some quite negative reviews of this ship so were apprehensive. On arrival, staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to welcome their passengers. Restaurants were above average, dinner especially good in the Marco Polo restaurant waiter ...

Service was good but was not told that the tip of the restaurants in the hotel and paid separately. The ship had a lot of activities, games, dances, shows. Got to eat a lot and well, drinking well as the allegrissimo drinks package. The ship is very clean. And the sun deck was great! Also concerts and performances were great! Since Christmas was, it was also a corresponding mood ...

A Christmas and New Year cruise starting in a port everyone should see and touring the sunny Caribbean - who could resist. A bit concerned re the iffy reviews on here but our trip confounded them - it was brilliant. And we've cruised with 7 cruise lines to date. Cabin (a balcony) bigger than most, ship condition top class, food excellent (you need to like the Italian way of 6 smaller plate ...

My husband and I chose this cruise for its itinerary - Havana, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Mexico. We are both in our early 30s and had never done a cruise before so we were unsure of what to expect. We read all the reviews in advance and we had rather low expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. Our documentation said that check in was at 7pm. We dropped our bags at the cruise terminal ...
