I'st time on the Oasis. Never again. We have been on several other RCCL cruises and are Cabin attendant and dining room staff get a 5 star rating. Guest Relations get a 1, lower if possible. I made all of the show reservations several months in advance. Guest Relations made changes to them without advising us. We found out about them when looking on the reservation site on TV. When we asked ...

I went with a group of eleven people because we have always travel on Carnival and we deiced to try out Royal Caribbean. We were an unhappy group! State rooms are too small and most of the staff is not friendly at all. Good bye royal caribbean for now, Will return to you when I see that you treat everyone the same on your ships. I cruise on Independence Of the Seas last year and everyone was ...

We decided on this cruise because of the ship. We were four adults, two in our late fifties along with our children who are in their early thirties. Embarkation was the best - this was our 12th cruise. Finally a system which was fast and we weren't herded like cows. We did not explore Ft. Lauderdale before embarking as we have been there many times. Disembarkation was also very quick for ...

The best and worst Why do I put just two on five ? It could be one, but there is two good points: The beauty of the ship and the service from waiters and cleaning room team. For the rest it's absolutly incredible to find what I met. A International Ambassador who didn't like foreign customers, a food quality equal to school kitchen, shore excursions who are a shame for the company. ...

Beautiful ship, clean but crowded

Tried a mega ship, ONCE, chops served cold steaks, crowded bars which lead to poor service waiting, windjammer was so crowded we just walked out, bad service in diamond lounge, the ship is beautiful and easy on easy off deporting but the entire cruise is one and done. The smaller ships have the same amenities with better service hot food and more personal. The best deal is driving to a port ...

We went on this cruise with our niece, her husband and some of their friends and family, a total of 12 of us. We are Diamond members so we have cruised before and on other cruise lines as well. First time on Oasis of the Seas. The staff was the worse I have ever encountered on any cruise. The staff almost seemed like they were put out if you asked a question of them. The staff in Vintages ...

The Oasis is by far a beautiful ship but..it's just way too crowded,. The elevators were always full and we winded up having to wait for another one to come. The Boardwalk is similar to a mall and it was also crowded like one which didn't make it easy getting around. There were long lines especially if when you needed help at guest services..I stood on that line for over an hour The food in ...

Oasis is a case of bigger NOT being better. This was our 4th RC cruise and we have wanted to sail on this ship for the past few years. We finally booked an Aqua suite and three cabins for our party of ten. Suite was nice, roomy and more than enough seating for our party. Coastal kitchen food and ambience better than Grande dining or Windjammer dining. Food overall was a major disappointment. ...

Oasis was Very Disappointing

We've been on many cruises, always with Royal Caribbean. Until this trip we were always extremely pleased with the company, the ship, the food and the service. Unfortunately this was the first time we were actually happy that the cruise was over. First, the Oasis is getting old and is starting to show a lot of wear & tear (broken tables in the Globe & Atlas bar, worn tables and holes in the ...

I am an avid RCCL cruiser and have been on over 20 cruises with this line alone. I am a 45 year old business owner who has been very loyal to the line for the following reasons: Better quality food ( The most important reason :) Great entertainment Exceptional service Awesome ships Great excursions and ports of call Due to business I was unable to cruise for the past 2 years. I ...
