I went with a group of eleven people because we have always travel on Carnival and we deiced to try out Royal Caribbean. We were an unhappy group! State rooms are too small and most of the staff is not friendly at all. Good bye royal caribbean for now, Will return to you when I see that you treat everyone the same on your ships. I cruise on Independence Of the Seas last year and everyone was treated the same. Beautiful ship and that is about it for me! When you ask questions to one of the staff about where something was located they gave you incorrect directions, My dinning room main waiter and assistant were off the chart. Not a good menu for breakfast. Wow I expected more on this big and beautiful ship.You need to step up to the plate and train a lot of your staff to be more paient.
