Another Pleasant Princess Cruise
"We find Princess an excellent value: relaxing onboard experience; good variety of dining options with good preparation and quality; excellent service; good entertainment; and nice public room decor—all for a reasonable price, and generally considerably cheaper than HAL or Celebrity.Final Thoughts: this was a nice cruise on a good itinerary...."Read More

Amazing itinerary, Old ship with some issues

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Caribbean Princess

We have always booked exclusively for itinerary and not the ship, but now we are going to change that to both. The itinerary was Princess Cays, St. Thomas, Dominica, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, Guadeloupe, and Antigua. Antigua was such a pleasant surprise and it really stole the show for us! Such a breathtakingly beautiful island with super friendly locals. We took an excursion ...

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Caribbean Princess

Overall: We recently came back from a 10-night Eastern Caribbean cruise over the Christmas holidays aboard the Caribbean Princess. We feel that Princess continues to offer a good cruise value, especially compared to some competing “premium” cruise lines, in most respects. The service (especially dining room and bar/lounge) remains generally excellent, along with the value of the Plus package, the ...

14 Night Circle the Caribbean Long and Relaxing

It is hard to find a 14 night cruise that makes a circle in the Caribbean and doesn’t return to home port after 7 nights. This cruise has a good balance of sea days and port days. You have to pace yourself when choosing activities off the ship or you can wear out when you’re doing 6 or 7 ports back to back. The food this trip was excellent in the main dining room. The entrees were tasty and ...

Great Itinerary, Excellent Staff, Norovirus

We chose this cruise because we love the Caribbean islands. The stops were great, except Trinidad. We were there during Carnival and the streets were loud and violent - wouldn't choose that port again. Quick note about wipes, regular Clorox wipes won't kill Norovirus, but the hydorgen peroxide wipes do. We took a container on board and wiped our cabin a few times during the two weeks. I can't ...

First Cruise, well done Princess! Holiday Circle Caribbean

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Caribbean Princess

Short summary - My wife and I will cruise princess again, we have already started looking at options for late 2020. Cruising is quite different from the way we normally vacation, and that is okay. Cruising will not replace our long-haul flight jaunts but will add a much-needed supplement to our often exhausting vacations. We had an amazing time at our own pace. The lengthy version, read on at ...

Embarkation and Disembarkation As Elite members, embarkation was a breeze. We did not obtain our Medallions in advance, because we figured the priority line wouldn’t be too long and we were right. On our last cruise, we did obtain our Medallions in advance and it was a lot of fiddling to get them done, plus we had to remember to pack them. The non-priority lines were much longer, so may be ...

Some minor flaws, but exactly what we wanted

Embarkation Embarkation was actually one of the simpler we’ve experienced. We walked right in around 11:00, waited no more than 5 minutes in line for the X-Ray, then walked right up to a boarding agent. If the Medallion app had worked properly, we would have been through the boarding process in seconds, but the app refused to scan our passports so the terminal agent had to do that ...

Wonderful Cruise

We chose this cruise because of the destination. The ship was one of the medium size princess ships and was just a good size that you still had heaps to do, but not to big that it was in-personal. The ship on the outside looked like most princess ships, but on the inside it was well maintained, the only drawback was that many of the laundries had broken washing machines and thus it was hard to ...

Excellent staff, Nice ships and okay Food

The itinerary was what attracted us to this cruise. We were able to visit the ports of St. Kitts, Martinique, Barbados, Trinidad, Curacao and Aruba along with repeats in St. Thomas and Antigua. Great ports to visit. Our balcony on the Caribbean Princess was the smallest we have ever experienced. Before choosing a forward cabin consider they are smaller than those a mid ship. The excursions ...

Just went on Circle Caribbean Cruise on the Caribbean Princess. Embarkation went smoothly and quickly thanks to the Medallion. Our balcony cabin was small but comfortable. The food in the main dining room was excellent as was the service. The buffet or fresh market was just a little disappointing. The variety of choices was lacking. The omelette stations in the BBQ and Crab Legs venue was ...
