Overall, Royal Carribean did a good job. This wasn't the quality level of 10 years ago on RCL but it was still OK. Compared to Carnival, RCL still has it beat. Our room stewart was great, however...my sons clothes that were in a plastic bag..wet things etc....were accidentally thrown out and it contained new clothes. Not sure why it was thrown out...it was in the closet...so I was not happy about that at all...We also requested coffee at 7 am each morning to have to wake up and never got it...not once...Room service food not the greatest at all..better ...
