Emerald Princess, 2nd July 2016, Northern Europe. This was our 3rd cruise having been twice with P&O on Aurora in 2014 and Britannia in 2015. We won’t be using Princess again and I would like to share our experiences. I am sure plenty of people had an enjoyable week and I am pleased for you if you did. I found many things to be totally not up to standard and as such my review will not be ...

My family and I were very disappointed at the quality of Princess cruises. There was not a single thing that didn't go wrong during the cruise. Our toilet broke (we waited for someone to come fix it for over an hour), the guest services desk was unhelpful and rude, terrible shows, and I even found several pieces of hair that were not mine on my pillow!!! As for the food- the Crown Grill was a ...

I booked the cruise room almost a year ago. My room is next to my parents room. When I check in, they told me my room has be change to other Deck. How can they change my room without let me know??? My kid was travel with me. It is very inconvenience for us. Cause they change my room, so I need to go up and down many times everyday to my parent's room. My room should be on Deck 12 and they move me ...
