I chose this cruise to go visit Cuba and Key West with my husband. Carnival has found a way to nickel and dime you even when you pay for all such as drink package. No bartenders except in serenity that were eager to serve you. Anton was awesome and the only one to come back and keep us happy. All other bars you had to go to them and wait! A wee bit wordy but a lot of info. Got off the Carnival Paradise yesterday. I’ve cruised in 8-10 Carnival ships including Europe. By far, this was the worst ship. I had heard that the Paradise was an older ship, but that didn't prepare me for the poor state of the rooms. I could tolerate the rickety drawers, out-of-date features, and lack of storage, but the rooms were not clean.
