Good things
1. Food and waiting staff
2. Steward

have cruised with p and o last five years on azura and brittania but was very disappointed this year.
Cabin was ok but three times in the two weeks we could not flush toilet for several hours and although this was repaired eventually never got call back from reception as promised.

The entertainment on the Azura was terrible and was not half of good from last time we went on in 2015. The breakfast in the buffet was the same every day. No variation. Plane was over 2 hours later going. Arrival on ship was chaotic. No welcome drink, no pictures taken. Nothing!! Just shoved in the direction of our cabin.
Had to move from cabin L224 to B311 as L224 had a large noise and vibrating all the time.
Very reluctant to move us but after refusing to move away from reception until we go a manager to sort it.
