I would be remiss if I did not begin this review with a warning to avoid transferring flights between Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris and Marco Polo in Venice. I've traveled world-wide and have not found the degree of ineptitude that pervades CDG.

We were in a rarified world on this cruise because two weeks before departure to Venice, we were offered an upgrade from an owner's suite to the Royal Suite for an additional cost per person that we didn't consider exorbitant. How could one resist? My description of the Royal Suite can only be superlative. Imagine 1,200 sq. ft., including balcony, with a white baby grand piano!

My husband and I just returned from spending three weeks in Europe and while there we took an 11 day cruise on Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas. The ship has recently been renovated and was lovely. Our balcony cabin was very nice and we enjoyed the new furniture, the decor and the layout of the furniture in the cabin.

We embarked on this cruise 2 october. Check in at Palma Seaport was extremely efficient and quick. In less than 20mins our luggage had been taken from us by RCI porter and documentation completed and photograph taken. We were in our cabin immediately as we had arrived in port at 1400hrs.

This was the best cruise ever as it says in the title it was really fun and faboulus. This was a cruise around spain visiting barcelona, ibiza, malaga and gibralter and every port of call was exciting!!!
