Had both indoor and balcony room. Indoor room was clean, worn out though and every night we would come in to find a towel animal which was cute. The shower water would go from cold to hot to freezing to burning hot no matter what the dial was at. Sink a bit backed up. Beds were comfy and sheets clean. The balcony room was about the same size as interior, with a small balcony that had 2 chairs. Not sure of how the bathroom was, but the room also appeared worn out and outdated. Read Less

The cabin was smaller than other balcony cabins I have been in on NCL, with less storage, but it was enough for the shorter cruise such as is offered by the Sky. The shower is the old "circular with a curtain" that usually ends up with a wet bathroom floor. The balcony was not huge, but had two chairs and a table. The bed was comfortable. There are two separate outlets on the desk, US and EU styles. Read Less

This was a smaller balcony than ones I have been in before, but perfectly satisfactory for a 3-day cruise and quite comfortable. Now I did and didn't like the location at the same time LOL. I loved it when I was ready to leave the cabin because I was right at the elevators and stairs. Was very, very convenient to go anywhere. On the other hand, it being right by the stairs and elevators meant lots of traffic and noise. And for some reason on this cruise, groups of folks traveling together would meet up practically right in front of my door before everyone got there I guess and I could here everything. But all-in-all it was OK. Read Less

Ship cabins are small, always. This one felt particularly small, but having the balcony was really nice to add some square footage. The layout of the room was bizarre to me, in that the bed was on the side of the room where you could LEAST lie in it and look out onto the balcony (it should have been on the other side of the room to allow the best vantage point). Everything in the room was clean, and it was one of the better ship bathroom showers that I've had to use. It was just older, and felt like it'd seen some better sailing days. Outlets are limited. The sofa-thing was nice to put suitcases on (because we never fully unpacked). The bed-side lights RIGHT in line with your pillows were weird. As was the artwork in the room. Whoever our room steward was was AMAZING, and made sure we always had a dry bathmat! I'm super glad I brought my own bathrobe because there wasn't one in the room. Bed linens felt super scratchy but again, you're on a boat. Read Less

Could have been cleaned better. Wife always wipes the cabin down prior us to unpacking suitcases, guess that is due to the 30 plus years in the health care field. The baby wipes were rather dirty after she was finished. We have been on some ships that the wipes never get dirty and with 25 plus cruises in our past we have seen some very clean and some very dirty cabins. Read Less
