We choose this cruise because some friends were already booked on it and asked us to go. We had been on the NCL Breakaway 2 other times out of New York going to Bermuda and liked the fact that the Joy also had the Waterfront deck area and some other added features. This was our first time cruising with NCL and since the pandemic. The Joy is beautiful, had plenty of entertainment, and very clean. My biggest complaint is the room, smallest inside cabin I have ever been in. Also the room was under an entertainment room and was very noisy one night until 12:15 AM. Ncl botched disembark by not announcing the luggage tags of the people that had flights to catch.
