I’ve been to three cruises and this wasn’t terrible but it was my least favorite of the three. My husband and I were in a penthouse suite and it had a broken shower door, some weird clicks every 10 min, fridge door hard to open and there was a sewage smell the last two days of our cruise. The cabin look and balcony were nice if it would’ve not had all the issues. The house keeper was nice but not efficient with what he should have been providing. Some of the staff looked like they weren’t happy and had faces if you asked them for anything. My first cruise was on the NCL Escape and it was an amazing experience. Staff were so peppy, attentive and friendly on the Escape. I thought going back to NCL on another ship we would have a similar experience and that was not the case. I don’t know if the staff need to be rotated or changed but whatever management is doing now is not working. Maybe moral needs to go up. Many details that a cruise experience should give are failing through the cracks on this ship. The ship and the destination its self was beautiful. Bermuda was beautiful, the ship clean and the food was good. I have to add that “SOME” of the staff were actually nice and attentive. I was just disappointed with the room a bit and the friendliness of the majority of the staff. I hope they improve.

Cabin Review

Looked nice, kept clean but doors were hard to open, shower door broken. Clicking sound. Furniture needs to be restored. Sewage smell at the end of the trip.
