Good Ship, Rough Experience
"After running errands for the first couple days we were able to settle in and enjoy the ship, the pools are small but good for a quick cool off while up on the sun deck, the waiters and staff were responsive and helpful without being too in your face and the entertainment crew were a ton of fun it was a nice environment. As should have been apparent from our check-in troubles there was an issue with our onboard accounts and we had to spend quite a bit of time on the first two days getting our dining time, our internet package and our shore excursions set-up, all things I had done beforehand in the hopes I wouldn't have to do them onboard...."Read More

We decided to take advantage of cruise credits and some other vacation plan changes and take a cruise on the MSC Seaside. We took this cruise during the COIVD pandemic so we were managing expectations around that. All in all we had a fine cruise but not one that makes me think MSC will be our choice cruise line of the future. Embarkation was definitely the worst part of our cruise experience, the ...

We booked this cruise last minute as we really needed a break from the rain back home, COVID-19 stress and the continuous lock down measures. MSC offered a great deal; book a select stateroom and get another one for free for your family. So we know we will cruise in a safe bubble, not get off the ship but just enjoy the company, the food, the sun light and have some fun!! It was absolutely ...

I had the chance to take part in the first cruise of Msc Seaside after a fourteen-month break. Although generally I am quite satisfied I have to admit that there are some things that disappointed me a lot. Regarding the Covid regulations, the same rules apply on Seaside as on Grandiosa. All passengers must have a negative covid test, another test is performed at the terminal. Everyone must ...

I took the 7/7/18 Eastern Caribbean Cruise Pros: The ship is very cool and mondern looking. -Butchers Cut was a great experience -The mobile app is handy but could use a little tweaking. -Rooms were neat and very clean. Cons: Pull up a chair -RUDE people work onboard this ship and they are everywhere. This is my 6th cruise and I’ve never seen anything like it. This was probably ...

Trans Atlantic Inaugural Cruise Some things were good. The worst of many is when we arrived ion Miami and disbarked at our designated time. The luggage was still being taken off the ship.Their was almost a riiot and peolpe had planes to catch. No officers from the ship from their to tell us how long it would be before we could get our luggage.Never experienced anything like that before and we have ...
