I chose because of the low cost. unfortunately I got what I paid for. After more than 10 cruises with other cruise I can't tell how disappointed I was. The issue started before I left home. Calling MSC you have 2 choices 2 for new booking or 3 for existing booking. If you choose 2 someone answer within 30 seconds, but if you choose 3 then no one ever answers. We chose this cruise because it matched up with a stay in the South of France. It was supposed to be a special holiday to celebrate our Silver Wedding.

From start to finish the staff of MSC were very friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent in the L' arabeque restaurant as were the waiters.
The variety of food in the buffet was excellent especially at breakfast.
The children's club, 7-11 yrs were wonderful with our granddaughter, she loved every minute that she spent with the staff and her new friends.

This was my first cruise with MSC although I have cruised before with P&O. Had a great time - the ship is lovely, the ports visited were interesting, the service and entertainment were great.
