STOP! Don't waste your money. Worst cruise ever. Please don't ignore this review as an anomaly. It was a real experience. Buyer beware. This is the first review we have ever written. We are both working professionals who have been in the service industry for years, so we don't write this lightly.

We've sailed with Royal Caribbean, Cunard, and Celebrity. Princess was an awful experience and it cost more than any other single cruise we have taken. We took the Princess-Sapphire Christmas cruise (Itinerary H149) -- 14 days from LA to the Hawaiian islands (December 17 -- 31, 2011). Travelers included husband and wife (46 years old) and two teenage boys (ages 14 and 15).
