Just got off Magic and we were very disappointed. Magic will not be an option for us again. There were several things we noted in comparison to other cruises. One thing for sure is that the staff and crew need some major help in the energy and enthusiasm department. They seemed overworked, depressed and zombie-like on occasion. Perhaps they partied too much at 4am as was stated by one worker.

The food was OK but it didn't send us over the top except for the steak house. Many times when we went for food the place had shut down for the day/night.

Bathrooms are few and far between and aren't easy to find sometimes. Some are very small not leaving much moving room.

The cabin was ok although you could hear the neighbors often. The bed and pillows were horrible. The beds were hard and the pillows too soft.
