As first time cruisers we were more than impressed with all that the Independence had to offer. Our suite was very spacious with 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed and a balcony with a table and 4 chairs with 2 sun beds. Our 2 eldest children went to the Adventure Ocean club and had a fantastic time, the staff were incredible and the itinerary varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough to please, Kenneth the concierge deserves a special mention for all his help and advice. We all found the food to be exceptional as was the service. The only thing I would say is that some drinks are overpriced, such as bottled water at about £3, which we were drinking about 3 a day.Entertainment on board again was varied and of a good quality, there was always something to do, the only problem being there was never enough time to do it all. We are already looking at booking our next cruise and would happily go on the Indy again.
