Having sailed on 13 cruises, I would rate this ship hands down the WORST. Every bad review of the food was correct. The main dining rooms were so slow, and the food always cold, with very little flavor. The food in the specialty dining rooms was better, but expensive. The cabins are very small, with very little storage. Bring your own hangers, the closets are very small, the hangers large. The duvet covered blankets were great.

Shampoo and soap are in dispensers. Bring your own, theirs is awful.

Boarding was smooth. Disembarkation a nightmare. We were supposed to be off at 10:45, at 1:30 we finally got tired of waiting for them to call our color, so we just got in line to leave. Waited in line for what seemed forever to make it thru customs. There was no food available after 9:00 a.m. so we were all starving.
