Background & General Impressions

This was my 5th cruise, DH's 6th and DD's 3rd. We have sailed on Carnival, RCI and Princess. Decided to give NCL a try. Overall, we were pleased and would consider them again in the future. Overall, I feel that the major lines are all pretty similar, with little differences. The biggest difference with this line is, of course, the dining situation. I'll expand on the dining experience further on in the review.

One thing that I was really concerned about was feeling "nickle and dimed." I can't say that I felt this anymore than on any other ship. They all try to sell you the same junk - pictures, drinks, bingo tickets, watches at the $10 night, excursions and on and on.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Small, but cozy cabin in a wonderful location. Very quiet and away from public rooms and elevators!
