After reading many of the reviews we were very sceptical. However we need not have worried. Embarkation went like a dream, we found staff helpful and friendly all week - it is worth remembering that if you smile , people tend to smile back!

Food was OK but we were not expecting it to be wonderful, we did not go hungry and did not put on loads of weight. We took a travel kettle so having no tea and coffee was no problem.

After speaking to MSC london office we arranged to reduce our gratuities to 7 euros per day for both of us. Just ask to speak to Guest relations manager and itgets sorted. Read more
