We chose NCL because we have cruised with them before. This is a new ship so we thought it would be perfect. I have to say everything was just ok except Alaska itself. Alaska is a beautiful place to visit and I recommend the first part of May. They said dress in layers and bring rain gear, neither of which I used but we had a blessed weather week with temps in the 60’s and 70’s.

I bought the Spa package thinking it would be cold outside and we could use the pool and such. The spa was great except for pushy salespeople trying to sell Spa product we also had to go back twice for deals we were promised but didn’t get so they fixed our bill. Didn’t use it as much as we thought as we could literally lay on the sun by the deck pool.

The food was disappointing to me it was ok but nothing thrilled me. Not even the desserts ( can anyone just make me a chocolate chip cookie or plain brownie?)

Cabin Review

It was smaller than I remember and we had a balcony room. The staff was great and has anything we needed
