Our 9 day cruise was much better then expected. We chose Summit because of the ports and we can drive to the terminal.

Embarkation- We arrived at the terminal around 11:30 for our noon boarding time, scanned boarding pass then walked onto the ship. The process took under 10 minutes.

Dining- We ate in the MDR 7 nights and the experience was very good. The food was well prepared, came in a timely manner and the portions were larger then my previous 2 cruises on Princess and HAL. The only negative was the desserts especially the cakes, the taste was rather bland and dry. Read more
