I choose this cruise for the itinerary and had never cruised with MSC before. Our distilled water for a CPAP Machine was not available even though the request was made online. The food was terrible. No flavor, bland, repetitive, no variety. I lost 10 lbs on the 30 day cruise. Contradicting instructions given all the time. Two of our tours were changed and we were not told about until the night before. Internet service was terrible. Had to go almost everyday to the Internet Desk to get help. Was told to leave the door of our cabin opened because the routers were on the hallway. The internal logistics for replenishment of zero sugar and coffee were non existent. On a daily basis I had to go around on each side of the buffet restaurant looking for coffee and zero sugar. By the time I hot back the food was cold. None of the buses doing the tours had WIFI. Yet Celebrity and Princess tour buses all had WIFI service available. Our luggage tags were delivered in the evening around 10:00 pm and we only had until 1:00 am. We were number 19 to disembark and when we did our luggage had not made it to the terminal. Had to wait an hour. Some people missed their flights. Upon disembarking and after doing the line we were told that we had to settle our account. We then did another line to pay. We had given a Discover card and they forgot to charge it. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
