We have just completed a seven day cruise on the MSC Musica to Greek Islands starting from Haifa yesterday the 4th May 2023

The ships senior front of house and officers need to show understanding that there are paying passengers aboard and treat them accordingly

The cruise in itself was mediocre at best the waiters and room staff were good and no complaints on their service but whilst we were a party of 5 all over 70 we can all say the ship is tired and it shows. Read more
