The ship was packed, I have never seen one so packed. Unfortunately the weather was not very good so the pool area was not as enjoyable and one day the weather cancelled all of my shore excursions. From the day after arrival in Bermuda, the weather was chilly until arriving in Boston for an unusually warm day, it did affect the enjoyment but that was God's will The food at the buffet was very good, I ate there every time, I tried Lotus Garden once, I had to wait and then realized there were no vegan options. I honestly don't know how anyone can complain about the buffet, the amount of food and the variety is extraordinary. It was difficult often to find a seat, however. The thermal spa was not as good as what I experienced on the MSV Meravigla. The steam room was creepy with an institutional feel. In the women's locker area is where it was located. Outside by a couple showers were wheelchairs, it really added to an institutional feel and felt dirty. The sauna didn't get heated up very well most of the time, it was very large with windows. The large pool in the main area was not hot, the hot tub was hot but had a lot of chemical in it. I guess it was still good to have the option to use it as the outdoor activities were limited by weather. The employees on the ship were generally very nice with only a couple exceptions. I don't think it was a great time to go to Bermuda, I think also it was a little too packed for optimal enjoyment.
